Terms for hire
Any person hiring a gown has responsibility for the care of the gown whilst in their possession.
All due care will be taken by Belle Mode to ensure the gown is in perfect condition but cannot be held responsible for failure of zips, seams, hooks, straps etc., whilst in the care of the hirer.
It is the responsibilty of the hirer to ensure the dress is in good order before hiring.
Hire fees vary from £45.00 to £120.00. All require an insurance indemnity. Dates for hiring and return to be discussed at the time of hiring. Longer term hiring is available, please ask for details.
Insurance/indemnity costs vary from £20.00 to £60.00. This is refundable unless damaged. Major damage would inccur loss of all monies, minor damage would inccur a £10.00 charge. Major damage would be classed as rips, tears, cigarette burns and large or unremovable stains. Minor damage would be classed as spilage from food or wine.
Cancellation of gown hire would result in a credit note being issued unless a months notice is given.
Belle mode has a policy of advising if a similar dress is hiresd for the same function and as such we ask for the event location and date and will undertake not to hire a similar gown to any other hirer attending the same event.
All gowns are hired in a protective cover and should be returned in the same cover.
Belle Mode retains the right to hire all gowns within a month before any confirmed booking. Should the gown be damaged Belle Mode will offer either a full refund or another gown to the same value.
Terms for Sale
We have many dresses in stock with more arriving for every season. This site shows just some of the dresses in stock and also dresses that can be specially ordered. Special orders carry a non refundable deposit of 50% before the order is placed. All dresses bought will be wrapped in a protective cover.
Earings cannot be returned because of hygene reasons.
